a. Data You Provide to Us
You have the option to provide us personal information when you use our service. b. Anonymous Data and De-Identified data
Non Anonymous User IDs and Other Non-Identifying Data: Data pertaining to your usage of the Service, demographics, zip codes, and other information not directly identifying you may also be collected by us (“Non-Identifying Information”). Whether or whether a user has registered, we may merge data obtained from all Mzwriters users. As used in this Privacy Policy, “Hashed Information” refers to the process by which we convert personally identifiable information (often an email address) into a non-identifying format. Users of Mzwriters
Clients, agencies, and Mzwriters payroll freelance writers may have access to the personal information of freelancers who have signed contracts with us or who have chosen to participate in Mzwriters Payroll. We may share the information of Freelancers with the relevant Client(s) if they use the Service to browse a job posting or submit a proposal. We may share the information of freelancers with clients, agencies, partners, and developers if they have made their profiles publicly viewable.
Keep in mind that we may tell any clients who have hired or commissioned a suspended freelancer from Mzwriters about their suspension. Additionally, we may disclose information to the agencies that Freelancers are working with on a certain project.
In order to complete the transaction or assist in resolving a problem or dispute, we may share your information with other parties involved in the service contract or with whom you have agreed to use Mzwriters Payroll. Without your explicit approval, the user obtaining your information cannot use it for reasons unrelated to the transaction, such as contacting you for marketing purposes.
Independent Contractors
We may work with third-party service providers and individuals to help us run the Service, provide the Service, process payments, identify and prevent fraud, manage databases, provide web analytics and online advertising, assist with service maintenance, enhance Mzwriters’ features, or analyse the Service’s usage. In order to process your request, we will only use the personal information you have supplied in a verified manner. If a request is too many, too recurrent, or obviously baseless, we have the right to impose a fair price or simply not to fulfil it.
